Understanding the why has been a driving force throughout my career. Constantly learning, asking questions, and most importantly, observing and listening to others. Why is something the way it is? And how can we make it better? 

Curiosity and empathy have served as the backbone of all I’ve done - building design teams, standing up enterprise-wide digital transformations, improving customer experiences, and executing even the most minute details all stem from a desire to know more and to make things better.
